1. Acceptance

By using this website or the Litt and Hausa Audiobooks applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the products.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of stories, chapters, recordings and comments you publish. You grant Dhaka Global Limited a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content within our products so we can operate the service.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not publish unlawful, hateful, defamatory or infringing material.
• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not manipulate coins, purchases, earnings or payouts.

5. Coins, purchases and payouts

Coins and in-app purchases are licences to access content, not currency, and are non-transferable. Prices are set by us and processed through the relevant app store or payment provider. Writer earnings and payouts follow the payout terms published in the app, including verification, minimum thresholds and processing times.

6. Refunds

Purchases made through Google Play are governed by Google Play's refund policy. Contact us for anything the store cannot resolve.

7. Availability

We work to keep the products available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and content may be added or removed.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the products or delete your account at any time.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhaka Global Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the products.
